Not that they need added motivation after that humbling 34-11 loss to Los Angeles in last season’s playoffs, but the Cardinals got some Friday courtesy of @RamsNFL, the official Twitter account of the Rams.
In a video tweeted as a preview to Sunday’s game between the NFC West foes at State Farm Stadium, the Rams declared: “Few venues have been more friendly to the Los Angeles Rams. The way they’ve run through the Red Sea lately has been downright biblical.”
The Rams are 6-0 vs. the Cardinals in Glendale since returning to Los Angeles from St. Louis in 2016. Plus, they’ve outscored Arizona, 182-96, in those six games.
The video also notes that State Farm Stadium will host Super Bowl LVII in February. The Rams, of course, are looking to repeat as Super Bowl champs. Could this be their first of two trips to Glendale this season?

First things first. The Cardinals vs. Rams game kicks off at 1:25 p.m. on Sunday. Both teams will enter the game at 1-1.
Los Angeles isn’t the only NFL team that has thrived at State Farm Stadium recently. Visitors have left Glendale with a victory seven consecutive times. The Cardinals last won on their home field Oct. 24 vs. Houston.
