It’s an exciting time for transformation and change professionals to join the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

We are embarking on the development and delivery of a new and ambitious organisational transformation programme.  The programme will cut across all areas of the council and there will be lots of opportunity to get involved in new and innovative work. 

Our function is integral to the delivery of change in the organisation and we are focussed on developing and supporting our team members.  

If you are an enthusiastic change professional (with project management and/or business analysis and change management skills), able to work autonomously on complex pieces of transformation, we want to hear from you!
