We have a great new role with a leading academic publisher for an experienced Project Manager for an 18 months fixed term contract. This role will involve project managing the roll out of Digital Business Process management as a foundation piece of process quality infrastructure and will work closely with the Program Manager and Business Process manager, as well as collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels across the business. This role can be worked on a remote basis or hybrid if preferred.
Other areas of responsibility will include managing delivery of measurable business outcomes e.g. efficiency and direct cost savings, increased quality and customer value, through the successful deployment of new processes and services.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is crucial to this role, to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, transparent communication and effective change management, as well as tracking and reporting on progress and project impacts.
We are looking for a specialist in project management, who has demonstrable experience of delivering projects including appropriate use of technology to share progress. You will have a knowledge of data analysis and relevant tools and methodologies as well as an understanding of publishing processes and systems. A knowledge of tools and techniques for change management is highly desirable as is experience of creating process documentation and version control standards.
