LEHI, Utah–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jane, the go-to e-commerce style destination with curated small boutiques, big brands and aspirational fashion and décor at amazing prices, is preparing for the next stage in evolution and continues to attract top talent. Jane is proud to announce the hiring of three new women leaders in Creative, Project Management and Communications. The company adds Megan Marshall as VP of Creative and Brand, LeAnne Tice as VP of Program Management, and Kathleen Shaffer as Director of Communication and PR as excitement builds for Jane’s transformation from a three-day flash deal business model to an evergreen e-commerce marketplace where sellers offer products indefinitely.
As the newly appointed VP of Brand Marketing and Creative Strategy, Marshall will spearhead the development of compelling branded content and visual experiences for Jane customers throughout their journey. With over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and brand building, Marshall has a record of success growing retail and consumer brands on a global scale. Tice brings a wealth of expertise in helping maintain the execution of strategic initiatives for the Walmart Pharmacy line of business. Previously, she also served in multiple positions across Walmart and Sam’s Club, where she developed and implemented standardized project management tools and processes to support large-scale, cross-functional programs of work.
Shaffer, Jane’s new Director of Communication and PR, brings more than 15 years of experience demonstrating a history of leadership in Retail, E-Commerce, Food & Beverage, QSR, Franchising, and Tourism industries. In this new role, she will be responsible for storytelling, corporate communications including media relations, internal communications, executive thought leadership, seller communications, and philanthropic strategy. Prior to joining Jane, she was Senior Director of Communications for FAT Brands, QSR Division (Formerly Global Franchise Group and parent company of Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Marble Slab Creamery, Pretzelmaker and Round Table Pizza).
“This is an exciting time as we enter our next stage of growth and prepare to introduce Jane’s new vision and focus. We are delighted to welcome Megan, LeAnne, and Kathleen to complete the senior leadership team and help define the future direction and success of Jane,” said Joana McKenna, CEO of Jane. “These women are proven leaders in their areas of expertise and once again demonstrate Jane’s position as an employer of choice for top talent – a true testament to the power of our company’s mission and values.”
