ICCRAM-EST is offering a new position as International Project Manager to match the current growth of the Center. The candidate will work within the Project Management team to support researchers to coordinate R&D projects (mainly H2020, Horizon Europe and DIGITAL). The candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Preparation and follow up of chronograms, coordination documents, preparation of meetings and minutes, managing the collaboration platform (Teams or similar), presentation of the related work package at the Consortium Meetings.
• To coordinate consortia of EU project during the execution phase. Communication with project partners and with the European Commission to manage the administrative and economic topics.
• To monitor the implementation of the project, dissemination and exploitation activities
• Support to project partners in administrative and economic management.
• Communication with the University of Burgos to accomplish the internal rules.
• Preparation of deliverables related with management and coordination.
• Preparation of technical and financial reports.
• Prevision of costs, and follow up of the economic and technical implementation of the projects.
• Support on promotion and proposal writing
