About the role
Leading the implementation of the University’s cooperative education model you will make an impact working on identified workstreams ensuring projects are appropriately planned, milestones identified and reporting against the project plan is provided to the Steering Committee.
You will:
- implement the project charter, developing a project management plan;
- monitor project progress and risk, to minimize organisational exposure;
- develop and implement project reporting mechanisms ensuring project progress and risks are identified and implement risk treatment plans;
- identify change management and communication requirements of the project and work with relevant stakeholders to implement; and
- develop and implement project transition plans enabling best practice standards.

About you
Working with a degree of autonomy you will be responsible for developing and implementing the University’s transformative project to become a cooperative university, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying project risks and impacts.
You will possess:
- comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and their application;
- ability to provide strategic advice and support on design solutions, including business processes; and
- ability to manage concurrent complex tasks, shifting priorities and timelines through strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
